Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping
1.1 Where we ship & cost
We ship worldwide. Shipping is complimentary on every order, with no minimum spend.
1.2 Delivery time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days. Every shipment is fully insured and tracked — you will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our atelier.
1.3 Customs & duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may be applied by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount — please check with your local customs office before placing your order.
1.4 Delivery details
- Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- A signature may be required on delivery.
- We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
- All items in a single order are shipped to one delivery address.
2. Returns
2.1 Your right to return
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a full refund. This is more generous than the 14-day right of withdrawal granted under EU consumer law, which also applies to you.
2.2 Condition of returns
Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. We may reduce your refund to reflect any diminished value if items are returned worn, damaged, or incomplete.
2.3 How to start a return
Email support@sexnfear.com with your order number and we will guide you through the process. Return shipping is complimentary.
2.4 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the full price to your original payment method within 5 business days. As shipping is complimentary, the full amount you paid is returned.
2.5 Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days at support@sexnfear.com. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs. This does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
2.6 Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery (such as earrings) cannot be returned unless faulty. Personalised or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless faulty.
